Chukwuma Onyeije, MD
Physician.
Developer.
Builder.
Medicine is my domain. Software is one of my tools.
Better clinical workflows are the objective.
01 / Why I build
Better tools begin
with better questions.
My work begins in maternal-fetal medicine. My curiosity extends to the software around it — and the workflows physicians learn to tolerate.
That curiosity became coding. Today I build clinical tools, experiment with AI agents, and write about what happens when physicians help design the software they use.
More about my path02 / Selected work
One practice. Many ways to build.
Connected by a clinical perspective.
Doctors Who Code
Essays and practical education for physicians exploring software, AI, and the workflows in between.
Agentic Builder MD
A public laboratory for building AI agents, tools, memory systems, and physician-centered automation.
OpenMFM
Open clinical tools and educational resources for maternal-fetal medicine. Built to be useful. Made to be shared.
CodeCraftMD
Experiments in physician-built clinical software and the craft of making everyday workflows better.
GitHub
Source code, experiments, learning projects, and open repositories.

04 / Now
A work in progress.
By design.
Building Agentic Builder MD. Experimenting with voice-first agents. Developing open maternal-fetal medicine tools.
